Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
This policy only applies to items purchased from this online store and In-Decent Fashion Emporium will only accept returns purchased from our online store. For refunds, exchanges or returns for items purchased from another store please go to that store directly. Please be aware that our retail stores have different terms and conditions of sale than those of our online store. The provision of goods and services by In-Decent Fashion Emporium is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, In-Decent Fashion Emporium will refund the client in full within 14 days. Goods MUST be returned within 7 days, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us, for an exchange or refund. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging along with their tags.
All returned items must be accompanied by a completed copy of the Return Authorisation Form, sent on request by our online team.
To return an item:
Pack your item in secure packaging.
Simply fill out the In-Decent Fashion Emporium Returns Authorisation Form supplied on request.
When filling in your Returns Form, complete the form with as much detail as possible, for example; complete contact details, reason for return and include a copy of the invoice, receipt and/or proof of purchase.
If you wish to exchange the item for another item, please list which product you wish to exchange it over for on the form.

6. Please retain your waybill (postage receipt) as proof of return. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
In-Decent Fashion Emporium reserves the right to assess the items accordingly.
We will thereafter gladly send you a replacement garment, per your request, if the garment is available, or we will refund your purchase price (excluding the postage fee) within 14 days.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used items or items damaged by the customer (statutory rights not affected).
We do not accept returns on sale items.
